Meet Geoff

2022 Finalist for the Bob Hawke Landcare Award, Geoff Bassett has been farming in more challenging environments since he was 12 years old. His various enterprises have included 16,000 merino sheep, 1,000 cows and 3,000 acre crops.

Consulting for over 20 years, Geoff's expertise in natural land management principles is bolstered by practical applications and his hands-on farming skills from machinery usage to harvesting. He champions enhancing on-farm soil fertility through mineral balancing, microbiology, carbon sequestration and promoting biodiversity to increase net profitability and ensure long term environmental resilience to our changing weather patterns.

Geoff has worked extensively with Landcare groups across Australia for the last 35 years and is a project leader and research collaborator with The Carbon Farm and Southern Cross University

Our Story

5th Generation Farmer-Owned Business

Australian owned, but world-travelled and trained, Farm Mojo was founded in response to Geoff's passion for all things agriculture – done in alignment with nature. As a young farmer, he realised quickly he was spending too much money without results and turned to nature for answers.

Through trial-and-error, he came to understand our soil is our greatest asset. Weeds are showing us mineral deficiencies and hard soil is screaming for microbiological cover. And none of it need be controlled and killed at the hand of harsh chemicals.

Farm Mojo are here to care and nurture your land back to health, for generations to come.

The Big Dream

To contribute only water to our water ways, seas and oceans.

We want to help all farmers introduce techniques to support their own profitability AND the Planet. If we stablise the soil in Inverell, New South Wales, we influence the water ways of Adelaide, South Australia – 1,600kms away. Yes, your decisions are that powerful, and that far-reaching.

- Increase on-farm production for net profits -

- Produce vital food from soil's full of vitality -- Eliminate soil erosion to save our waterways -
